Everytime I find myself tilting towards delicious, all those fake, gratuitous eh's tilt me back towards canadian. So your coining of the portmanteau word is particularly felicitous :D
Canadian-a-licious is a handy word - I probably didn't use it when I lived in Toronto (1996-8) but I sure did need it. Nanaimo bars are my personal choice for #1 example of Canadian-a-licious.
